Supporting Transition for learners with ASC
- This session is designed to help school staff who support pupils to transition to a new school (mainly Yr6 to Yr7 and Yr11 – college).
- We have brought this session earlier this year to allow staff time to plan their own program ahead of the traditional transition period.
- At this session we will share resources we have created for you to implement a thorough transition plan for all your pupils (which can also be used with pupils without an ASC diagnosis).
