Emotionally-Based Non-Attendance
- To understand what is meant by EBNA
- To familiarise staff with the Emotionally-Based Non Attendance guidance & the LA processes and pathways
- To develop awareness of the risk and resilience factors associated with EBNA
- To promote awareness of the need for preventative and collaborative working to increase the resilience of our children, young people and families.

I started in education as a primary school teacher and after qualifying as an Educational Psychologist, began working for Rochdale Educational Psychology Service in 2003. I have particular interests in trauma-informed and attachment-aware approaches and am passionate about promoting psychologically healthy education systems.
