Our regular School Breakfast Briefings provide a valuable opportunity for school leaders from all sectors—nursery, primary, secondary, and special—to stay informed and connected.
These sessions offer the latest updates on key activities within the school service, including OFSTED and DfE information, and give leaders a chance to engage directly with local authority officers and colleagues.
The briefings are designed to improve communication, transparency, and information sharing, while fostering networking opportunities.
Each session concludes with a Q&A, encouraging open dialogue and collaboration across the Rochdale education community.
This course will give teachers or support staff an opportunity to explore ways of adapting music teaching and learning for a variety of needs.
We will look into the different ways of recognising musical engagement, development and achievement based on the sounds of intent framework and how to adapt lesson planning and delivery, including 1-1 interventions, in accordance with this framework.
Attendees will leave with a wide range of methods by which they can seek to engage all pupils, and especially those who may have barriers to learning, in an effective music education and provision.
