The Camping Leader qualification is for people who wish to supervise a camping group and develop participants’ camping proficiency by teaching camp-craft activities.
Gaining this award would demonstrate competence for the camp-craft element of your expeditions, and can be used either in conjunction to walking awards (Lowland Leader or Hill and Moorland Leader) or for staff supporting the camp craft element of training

The Early Years WellComm Toolkit is a speech, language and communication screen and intervention pack for children 6 months to 6 years old to identify, support and develop speech and language needs in young children.
This training is suitable for colleagues within the Early Years and foundation stage, who will carry out a WellComm screening.

ELKLAN courses are designed to help support the communication skills of all children and young people - as well as those with identified speech, language and communication needs.
The training will consist of 10 half day sessions delivered by accredited teaching and learning advisers. Please see the attached for an overview of the sessions.
Each person taking the course will need to have the Elklan Language Builders 5-11s book to support their learning https://www.elklan.co.uk/resources/language-builders-series/language-builders. The LA will provide one book per school.
Schools can fund their member of staff to be accredited at a cost of £72.50 per learner. Accredited staff will have weekly tasks to complete with a learning log that will need marking. The marking will be £90 per learning log, in total £162.50 per learner
